What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
Due to the size and nature of the products, all sales are final and there is a no return and no refund policy.
If I sent you the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me at wabisabishopco@gmail.com or DM me on instagram @wabisabishopco with your order #, proof of the damage and I will get a replacement sent out to you.
I will not send out replacements a third time but rather issue a refund.
Please make sure to input your address correctly and double check it. I am not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
Everything is sent with Canada Post.

How long does it take you to ship my order?
Depending on the number of orders I receive, I ship out items within 1-3 business days.

When will my order arrive?
Typically, orders arrive 3 - 7 business days if mailing within Canada and 7 - 20 days within the States.
Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping speed and I do not have any more information than you do regarding package status/location.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. This is for Canada and the United States only.

Why do your stickers have different textures? Matte, hard glossy, soft glossy etc.
Matte is not water resistant
Soft glossy is malleable and great for water bottles but it is not waterproof, only water-resistant
Hard glossy is laminated and has a plastic exterior, making it waterproof but it is not malleable so it is not recommended for round items. I am phasing out hard glossy for soft glossy :^)
